Celebrate the 25th anniversary of Dance in the Park at beautiful Roanoke Park! Founded by Midtown Neighbors to promote free programs in the arts, the event has evolved to provide a professional stage showcasing Kansas City’s rich talent and creativity for residents and visitors alike.

Join us on Saturday, September 7th at 5:30 pm for a Warm-Up Fair with local booths, kid-friendly activities, and yard games. Youth dance performances start at 6 pm, followed by a free audience dance class at 6:30 pm.

The main event, Dance in the Park professional concert, kicks off at 7:00 pm featuring a variety of styles including Modern, Mexican, and K-pop. Arrive early to snag a seat under the stars! Bring blankets, lawn chairs, a picnic, and your entire family (please note: no pets allowed).
