Wheelchair Self Defense Class

The Whole Person will be partnering with Kansas City Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (KCBJJ) to present a self-defense class tailor made for people in wheelchairs. The class will teach basic grabs, holds, and deflection methods.

$25.00 fee for both sessions can be paid at registration or at the event
