The Community Gaps Survey is a project of Accessible Sports-Greater Kansas City (AS-GKC). AS-GKC is a new bi-state partnership of organizations, agencies and businesses that want to increase access to sports and recreation for people with disabilities. AS-GKC was formed through a Healthy Communities Grant from the Health Forward Foundation.
