Join The Whole Person for adaptive cycling! On select Thursdays from 3-4 pm, we will ride together at English Landing Park in Parkville.

RIDE TIME: 3:00 PM - Sign Up no later than 12:00 PM the day of the ride.

Riders should be ready to ride at 3:00 pm, this means, helmets on, water bottles filled, and ready to go. It is suggested that all riders get to the park at least 15 minutes early to get their bikes downloaded, and ready to ride. TWP will have two riding groups, experienced (faster paced) and recreational/beginner (slower paced). Our Cycling Group will bike with rest time built in for the full hour.

RIDERS:

All riders must sign the TWP Wavier (Missouri Wavier or Kansas Wavier), sign up on Zen Planner and reserve a spot, and have a helmet, and their own water bottle or water source while riding.

RIDERS WHO NEED TO BORROW A BIKE:

Riders who need to borrow a bike for the ride, please note that TWP will do its best to find a bike that best “fits” your ability; however, we cannot guarantee a bike for all riders due to selection and stock. It is your responsibility to contact us and reserve a bike 24 hours prior to the event and reserve the bike that you feel you need, using the link at the bottom of this page.

If you reserve a cycle, TWP will transport the cycle to the park for you.

RIDERS WHO NEED TO BORROW A HELMET:

Riders who need to borrow a helmet for the ride, please note that TWP will do its best to find a helmet that best “fits” your head size; however, we cannot guarantee a helmet for all riders due to selection and stock. It is your responsibility to contact us and reserve a helmet 24 hours prior to the event and reserve the helmet that you feel you need, using the link at the bottom of this page. YOU CANNOT RIDE WITHOUT A HELMET.
